Job description:

The candidate focuses on assisting German speaking principles with their market entry/expansion strategy which includes the following markets: automotive, agricultural and construction machinery, aerospace, medical, defense, etc.

German language proficiency is a MUST.

Specific responsibiltites may include the following:

  • Handling day-to-day business: communication (written, verbal) with NA customers and principles in Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

  • Arranging and executing meetings across the US and Canada with our without principal’s expert staff;

  • Gaining an ever-increasing understanding of the principles product; therefore, being able to professionally represent European principle during meetings

  • Sporadic visits to principles in Europe to gain knowledge about product

  • Finding potential US customers; this includes cold outreach to potential US clients

  • Follow-ups on visits, quotes, etc.

  • Holding and leading regular conference calls

  • Professional follow-ups and management of various projects



  • Excellent German and English language skills

  • Engineering background of 1-3 years

  • Experience in sales of advantage

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite

  • US work permit (Visa, Greencard, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of the German and US business cultures


  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility

  • Self driven and highly motivated

  • Analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly

  • Confident, professional and polite appearance

  • Some (inter)national business travel


The candidate must be able to handle and coordinate various projects simultaneously.
